One hour zoom or phone call followed by a full personalised business analysis
Service Description
This service includes a 1 hr zoom consult or phone call, an analysis of your website and business practices and a full report with advice and solutions tailored to your specific business needs. I can analyse your customer journey, give you advice on making your website better and increasing your customer reach. I can problem solve, resolve conflict and provide advice on hiring and firing. I can give you specific advice on starting your business and finding or upgrading your studio venue. The report will take around 3hrs to complete and if more in-depth work is required we will discuss this before proceeding. Your initial call is included with this consult so you get 4hrs of coaching for the price of 3! I can also provide you with next steps based on your studio goals.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 1hr before the consultation and we can either reschedule or I'll refund you if you choose not to go ahead. If you cancel within the hour, a 50% fee is payable. If we decide to book further consultations or a full business review we'll discuss this at the time and you can decide how you want to proceed. Depending on what you want advice on we may not be able to cover everything in the call, but we can prioritise your issues and discuss how best to proceed if you want further advice. If we cannot connect via phone, or through zoom, or we have tech issues I'll do my best to reschedule with you at no extra cost. If I call and you don't answer or contact me to let me know there are tech issues, a no-show fee of 50% will be applied.
